This policy covers Shorts Lab, an internal tool run by Golden Kobe Entertainment Ltd for The Golden Kobe Family YouTube channel. It is used only by our own team, on our own channel.
What Shorts Lab does: it uses YouTube API Services to upload and schedule videos to our own YouTube channel, and to read our own channel's analytics, such as views, retention and audience reports.
What data it uses: only data belonging to our own YouTube channel. It does not collect personal information about viewers or other YouTube users. The analytics it reads are the combined, anonymous statistics YouTube gives to channel owners.
How data is stored and used: channel statistics are stored on our own computers and used only to improve our videos. We use AI services (Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to help analyse our own videos and channel statistics. Login tokens are stored securely on our own computer and never shared.
Sharing: we do not sell or rent any data, and we do not share it with anyone except the AI services named above, which we use only to analyse our own content.
Data retention and deletion: YouTube data is refreshed daily and kept only as long as YouTube's Developer Policies allow. If access to our channel is revoked, we delete all stored YouTube API data and login tokens within 7 days.
YouTube and Google: Shorts Lab uses YouTube API Services, so its use is also covered by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Access can be removed at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Changes: if this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
